DLT SERIES ASPHALT DUMPING EQUIPMENT
Asphalt dumping equipment which can melt asphalt fast, clean and prevent asphalt aging is needed to meet the situation of the rapid development of highway construction, increasing the demand for asphalt, bitumen barrels to long-distance transport, storage, and convenient features are widely used, especially in higher-performance import asphalt road used mostly in the form of barrels.
Our development and production DLT series asphalt dumping melting device use heat carrier, conducting oil boiler heating by heating coil inside the device drummed bitumen is heated and melted to a liquid off the barrel. The device can guarantee the quality of asphalt heating, high thermal efficiency, asphalt prolapse fast, very convenient operation, reduce labor intensity, continuous production, reduce waste asphalt and pollution. Equipment appearance, reasonable arrangement compact, stable and reliable performance, suitable for asphalt under various working conditions off the barrels of production.
The device uses automatic spring door closed box structure, barreling way on Air Hoists bucket, hydraulic pusher pushing the slide into the barrel to oil boiler for the heating source.
Equipment consists of dumping tank, barrel lifting mechanism, turn the barrel, a barrel of asphalt disk access, dripping bitumen recovery system, part of the hydraulic propulsion system, oil heating system, asphalt pumping system, electrical control system components.
